If you, like us, are the proud owner of a sweet tooth, then you’ll be very excited to hear about the latest edition to the dough family. All good things come to those who wait, and this labour of love was really no exception. We tested and refined our unique brownie cookie dough recipe until we had just the right amount of gooey-melt-in-the-middle-ness.
Unlike our other doughy products, these only need a 5-10 min defrost at room temperature. Slice off as much, or as little as you like (up to roughly 8 pieces) and place them on a greased baking tray with a little room to spread. A quick 8-14 minute bake in the oven and you’re on the home-straight to a winning gooey cookie-brownie combo.
