We’d argue you can’t find a better pairing than pizza and craft beer. So we’ve put both together in our beer crust pizza dough for the ultimate tap-room experience at home. Adapted from our much-loved original pizza dough recipe, this version uses flour high in protein for light and crisp crusts, and olive oil and craft beer for a flavoursome bite. Create anything from a classic pizza to a stuffed calzone, either using an indoor oven (turned up nice and high) or if the weather allows, your alfresco pizza oven.
