Not to blow our own trumpet, but our dough was originally created for the best Italian Pizzerias in the North West and so you can expect the same freshly baked deliciousness at home.
Here comes the science-y bit. By using flour that’s high in protein, our dough is extra stretchy, which creates a light and crispy texture when baked. To keep our dough rich in flavour and ensure no crust is left unturned, we infuse the dough with Olive Oil. Our dough comes frozen so that we can keep it 100% natural and free from any nasty preservatives or stabilisers. It also pauses the yeast so it will prove as you defrost the dough and rise in your home as if you made it yourself – but don’t worry, your secret is safe with us.
