All good things come to those who wait, and this labour of love was really no exception. We tested and refined this recipe to get the perfect marriage of sweet and salty, and our unique Blondie cookie dough was born.
Unlike our other doughy products, these only need a 5-10 min defrost at room temperature. Slice off as much, or as little as you like (up to roughly 8 pieces) and place them on a lined baking tray with a little room to spread. A quick 8-14 minute bake in the oven and you’re on the home-straight to sweet and salty blondie cookie heaven.
