First, defrost your cookie dough for approx. 30mins on a worktop (until its soft enough to mould). Preheat your oven to 170 degrees in a Fan Oven (Electric 190 degrees).
Use your hands to flatten the dough into a circular shape directly into your skillet (or a large lined baking sheet works just as well). Once it’s the most perfectly imperfect cookie shape stick it straight in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for between 10-15 minutes (depending how gooey you like your cookie).
Take the skillet out of the oven and place on a heat proof surface to cool a little. Grab your ice cream from the freezer, and any other toppings you like. Let the ice cream get to ‘scooping temperature’ and go wild topping your warm cookie with the ice cream, a generous squeeze of your favourite desert sauce with any other toppings you fancy. Serve immediately with very large spoons (for you) and smaller ones (for your family).
