The Buttery One

Only one thing beats the smell of freshly baked bread in the oven, the smell of freshly baked brioche in the oven. So, we’re over the moon to introduce our Buttery Brioche Dough to the family. A particularly fancy member of the bread contingent, making the dough from scratch can take a while to master. So, you’ve guessed it, we’ve done the tricky bit for you, so you can get straight to the fun bit.

As with all our products, we only use the best ingredients, which we will test and refine until we know we’re onto a winner. Once defrosted, you can add optional extras (our favourite is choc chips), before separating into smaller balls to line your tin. Pop it in the oven and you’re well on your way to buttery bouncy brioche heaven.
