What you’ll need…
(makes a 10-12 inch pizza)
- 1x ball of Northern Dough Co Original pizza dough, defrosted (find it in the frozen aisle)
- 1x tablespoon tomato passata
- 3x mushrooms, sliced
- ½ each of a red, green and yellow pepper, roasted
- 3 baby sweetcorn cobs
- 1/3 of a courgette, diced
- ¼ of a red onion, diced
- 2 handfuls grated mozzarella or vegan cheese alternative
- Handful of pea shoots
Don’t forget
- Always flour your surface so you can easily roll out your dough
- Move the dough to your pizza stone/baking tray before you top your dough
- It’s good to be greedy, but make sure you don’t go over the top with your toppings, it’ll make your pizza soggy
