What you’ll need…
(Makes four flatbreads, ideal for four as a starter, or two as a main, with some fresh green salad)
- 1x ball of Northern Dough Co Original pizza dough, defrosted (find it in the frozen aisle)
- Plain flour, for dusting
- 1x tablespoon nigella seeds
- 226g pack of Paneer cheese, cut into small cubes or Tofu seasoned with nutrional yeast (for a vegan option)
- 1x tablespoon garam masala spice blend
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (or dairy free yoghurt)
- Pack of baby leaf spinach, wilted (simply pour boiling water over and leave to drain)
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- Flaked almonds
- A few slices of lime
- You’ll also need a flat-bottomed frying pan
Don’t forget
- Always flour your surface so you can easily roll out your dough
- Move the dough to your pizza stone/baking tray before you top your dough
- It’s good to be greedy, but make sure you don’t go over the top with your toppings, it’ll make your pizza soggy
