What you’ll need…
(makes a 10-12 inch pizza)
- 1x ball of Northern Dough Co original or wholemeal pizza dough (our chill dough would also be perfect for this recipe)
- Semolina flour (optional, for dusting, helps to create extra crunch!) or plain flour
- 2 tablespoons tomato passata
- ½ pack button mushrooms
- 1-2 tablespoons grated mozzarella
- Knob of butter
- Blue cheese, broken into small pieces (100g or so, but depends on personal taste)
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 200g fillet steak
- Big handful of fresh rocket
- Balsamic dressing (we used Lucy’s Dressings)
Don’t forget
- Always flour your surface so you can easily roll out your dough
- Move the dough to your pizza stone/baking tray before you top your dough
- It’s good to be greedy, but make sure you don’t go over the top with your toppings, it’ll make your pizza soggy
