Our pizza kit contains freshly frozen Original pizza dough balls made with premium ingredients, delicious passata for topping, and creamy Fior Di Latte for the ultimate cheese pull. It’s the ultimate shortcut to DIY pizza, and a great, hands-on cooking activity for a group. Simply shape, top (add extras from your fridge if you want to be fancy) and enjoy freshly baked pizzeria style pizza in your own home (or garden!).

Ingredients

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, WHEAT Fibre, Sugar, Yeast, Olive Oil.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Not suitable for EGG or MILK allergy sufferers due to production methods.

Storage

Your dough-livery will be delivered by courier, packed in insulated packaging with frozen panels to help keep it cool. As the parcel contains perishable food, it will be handed to you at the door, or, if you’re not at home, left in a safe place.

If you’re not using your dough straight away, store it immediately in a freezer, at -18 degrees.

If the dough has softened slightly, store it in the freezer as soon as possible.

If you’re using it within 24 hours, store in a cool place, as it will continue to thaw and rise, even in the fridge.

Leave some time for your dough to come to room temperature before shaping, as it’ll both stretch more easily, and cook more evenly.

Once thawed, use within 48 hours.

Delivery

Please note: currently we’re only able to deliver to UK mainland only. Please be aware Bank holidays will affect the above schedule. If Monday delivery is unavailable, delivery will be moved to the Tuesday.

As goods are perishable and temperature sensitive, please ensure someone will be in to receive your order. It will be left in a safe place, if nobody is in to receive your goods.
